Messenger help

Hi!

I just found this forum while looking for an answer and hope someone can help. I’m not that technically minded and am really confused by the whole web messenger and live messenger thing.
Do I need to get live messenger if I don’t have it?

Whatever one you go with you’ll have same problem – can’t login, messages don’t get through and you get no answer from people.
I wouldn’t use either – you’re better with yahoo messenger. MS messenger never works.
